Refund Policy – The Coach House
This refund policy applies to all reservations made through this website for the private rental of Het Koetshuis.
Reservation and payment
After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. A reservation at Het Koetshuis is final once payment (or a deposit, if applicable) has been received.
Cancellation by the guest
In case of cancellation of a reservation at Het Koetshuis, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival:
50% of the paid rental amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 14 days before arrival:
no refunds will be made.
No-show (not appearing without
cancellation):
no refunds will be made.
Cancellation by the landlord
In the exceptional case that Het Koetshuis has to cancel the reservation (for example, due to force majeure), the full amount already paid will be refunded. Further liability, such as reimbursement for additional costs, is excluded.
Changes
Want to change your reservation? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll assess the feasibility of a change on a case-by-case basis, but we can't guarantee it.
Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation using the same payment method used.
