GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS “THE COACH HOUSE”
We warmly welcome you to Het Koetshuis. Please read our Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions and House Rules take effect as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Tenants must have a permanent residence and be at least 18 years of age.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Upon arrival, you must report to the manager, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• You may be asked to show a valid ID for identification purposes.
Check-in is from 3:30 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least one day in advance.
• On the day of departure, Het Koetshuis must be vacated by 10:30 AM at the latest. Don't forget your key.
• Deviations from these times are only possible after consultation.
DAMAGE AND MISSING
Upon arrival, you must inspect Het Koetshuis and its inventory. Any damage or missing items not resulting from normal use or wear and tear will be charged to the tenant.
YOUR STAY
Guests must adhere to the house rules, which can be found in the information folder in Het Koetshuis.
• Noise pollution must be avoided between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Moving furniture and equipment is not permitted.
• The manager has the right to inspect the Coach House.
• Use by third parties is not permitted.
• Instructions from the administrator must be followed.
• Violations may result in denial of entry without refund.
• Pets are not allowed.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Reservations are final after confirmation by email. Payment is due in advance or upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
• In case of cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the stay, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the stay, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
LIABILITY
The landlord is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of property. Your stay is entirely at your own risk. This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
PRIVACY
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided.
